• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform

You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading, you grant StudyAssists a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g. generating summaries and quizzes). We do not share your documents with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content

Summaries, answers, and quiz questions are generated by AI and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for academic submissions or critical decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StudyAssists is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.
